Cowboy's Caviar has been satisfying jerky cravings since 1998. We are a small family business located near the City of Moose Jaw, but don't let our size fool you - our jerky packs a big punch! Made with 100% Canadian Beef, Pork, or Bison all produced right here in Canada, we are proud to support our local farmers. ​

You're in for a treat with our Cowboy's Stix mini pepperoni in Original, Honey Garlic, and Smok'n Bacon flavors, and let's not forget our delectable Bison jerky strips. Although these items are currently exclusive to Saskatchewan we are hoping some day to make them available everywhere.
